Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your Tiny Notes get to you, and what happens if something's not quite right.
Shipping
- We dispatch orders from Sydney, Australia, within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking is provided for parcel deliveries where applicable.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable).
Returns
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@tinynotes.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
